To help previously disadvantaged communities we have developed the Intuthuko Equity Fund (IEF) this fund helps individuals who have never before owned property.
The fund helps contribute money towards the deposit or other equity requirements. The IEF Fund won't cover 100% of your financing instead we will help you invest your own funding and to make a better life for yourself and those around you.
Putting the person before the project
When we consider your quick loan application for a property development we not only look at the feasibility of the project but also on you as an individual. Our mentorship program will assist you in making decisions and provide hands-on training to give your project the best chance of succeeding.
Your project will cover the costs
Breaking the boundaries and developing a property portfolio can be challenging, we look at your projects ability to make enough money to cover your expenses such as rates, taxes and your bond. Our lending is character based if we decide to take a chance of granting you one of our home loans we will cover up to 80% of the costs. You will need to invest the other 20% of your own money to make the project a success.

The TUHF works hard to help you get a home
Bridging finance offers our clients short term loans of up to 6 months that they are able to use to pay for any temporary expenses. These kinds of expenses could include your Rates Clearing Certificates, your early profit release or other related transaction costs.
Our bridging loans have a very competitive market price and the amount that you are charged will be determined by how much you are willing to put down as collateral to secure your loan. There are unsecured loans available but they will be charged at a much higher cost.
Understanding how your loan works
Our loans are available for either buying or building your dream property. The terms allow you up to 15 years to repay the home loan. Clients can benefit from a prime linked interest rate and no monthly service fees. There are only a few requirements needed to qualify. You will need to provide 20% of the purchase price, supply a signed purchase deed of sale. Provide FICA Documents and a copy of your financial statement. Our experts are there to offer advice and assistance when you need it.
Our property training program
TPPE is our in-house property training program that focuses on improving skills and encouraging development. This program teaches our clients the important aspects involved with owning a property. This program is run as a 6-day course and all clients are required to complete the training.
Holding your hand through mentorship
All clients will benefit from our mentorship program; we won’t leave you in the deep end, not knowing what to do. Instead, mentors offer their support and guidance as well as on the job training and expert advice. Once our clients have completed the course they will receive a certificate of completion from the prestigious University of Cape Town at a dinner hosted in their honor.
