About – Kuyasa Fund
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to social development.
We specialise in the use of microfinance for the purpose of helping the poorest South Africans have their own home. Our main goal is to make major improvements to the living conditions which the poor communities in the country have.
Our goals are to create viable households and communities. This is done through facilitating access to housing finance and is used as a tool that improves the well-being and support of development for a financial division that assists the poor. Kuyasa Fund believes that the poorest of the poor stand to be creditworthy!
Responsible credit management
We aim to make home finance accessible to individuals who cannot find credit through the formal banking sector such as women and the elderly. We work to establish responsible credit management through the promotion of saving groups and regular repayment. We strive to improve housing and the country's social capital through the provision of credit. We help people build their own homes.
Services – Kuyasa Fund
At the Kuyasa Fund, we facilitate the access of the poor to housing finance with the goal of improving the lives of low-income individuals and families and entire communities in South Africa.
Individuals with low income can be reliable credit holders when savings are utilised effectively for assisting them with the building of financial capital and a social one as well.
The provision of microfinance
We specialise in the provision of microfinance services to people with guaranteed occupational rights who are unable to access formal business finance. We cater to the needs of those who do not have the opportunity to access other suitable sources of house financing.
Save on interest
The repayment term is from 6 months to 2 years. This makes the Kuyasa Fund business loans a short-term facility. On one hand, it may be more challenging for you to repay the loan, but on the other, you will certainly save on interest thanks to the shorter term.
